Terms of Use

Last updated 16 August 2026

Welcome to Warble. Short version: it’s a telemetry and automation platform for creators, personal projects, and startups. Use it for things that can safely fail.

Acceptable use — the part you’re agreeing to

Warble is not designed, tested, or certified for applications where failure could injure people or property. You agree not to use it in or for:

  • Safety-of-life systems — anything where a missed, delayed, wrong, or forged message could endanger a person
  • Medical devices or care — patient monitoring, dosing, life support, alerting that a caregiver relies on
  • Aviation and flight — aircraft, UAV/drone flight control or command links, airspace systems
  • Vehicles and heavy machinery — anything that moves people or could crush them
  • Critical infrastructure — power, water, fuel, emergency services, alarm systems relied on for life safety
  • Weapons — of any kind, full stop
  • Illegal activity — anything unlawful where you are or where the service runs, including surveillance of people without consent

While we do everything possible to offer a robust service, it is offered as-is, without warranties — no guaranteed uptime, delivery, or retention. Messages can be lost, delayed, or duplicated; the platform may throttle, block, or expire data as described in the docs. Don’t build anything whose failure mode you couldn’t live with.

The spirit of it

If your project’s worst-case failure is “the plants got dry,” “the fan ran all night,” or “the chart has a gap” — that is the class of risk this platform is built to carry, from a windowsill sensor to a shipping fleet. If the worst case involves an ambulance, a lawyer, or a news article, this is not your platform, at any security level, no exceptions for “just testing.”

Housekeeping

  • You own your data; we store and process it to run the service and delete it per your retention settings.
  • Don’t abuse the platform (spam, attacks on others’ devices, resource abuse) — we can suspend accounts that do.
  • We can update these terms; continued use after notice is acceptance.

Agreed to at account creation — sign-up includes the consent checkbox.
